  I had my property on the market with Property Brokers after 8 months and excuses why it was not selling also suggestions to drop the price considerably, I went to another agency as Property Brokers do not Multi list, with in first week had and offer on property had 4 offers in 3 months at higher prices than they wanted me to drop to, also found out one of their agents told a person they were dealing with that they should not touch my property it should be condemned.
